Onyinyechukwu Chizube Mbeledogu graduated from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. She also has a Diploma in Computer Appreciation from the Adeleke Computer Institute in Kogi State (2008). Her practice areas are Corporate Practice, Commercial Law and Environmental Law. Her main area of focus is Environmental Law and Practice which she intends to major on.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Federation of Women Lawyers.
She strongly believes that one has to make oneself better in order to make the world a better place, hence her joining the Junior Chamber International (JCI), an member-based non-profit organisation of Young Active Citizens between the ages of 18 and 40 in over 100 countries around the world dedicated to creating positive impact in their communities. She is currently the President of JCI Port Harcourt Metropolitan with several awards, and a Certified National Trainer and has trained in several states in Nigeria.
She loves to travel and attends conferences and seminars. She was invited as a guest speaker at the Advocates Africa Conference 2011 to speak on the topic “Skills needed by the Young Lawyer in the 21st Century.”
