OIL AND GAS FREE ZONE AUTHORITY
Legal Consultant and Adviser to Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority Onne Rivers State of Nigeria in respect of its Heliport Project based on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Agreement in 2003. The value of the BOT transaction was in excess of N571, 660,755 (Five Hundred and Seventy One Million Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Five Naira) i.e an equivalent of about $10,000,000.00 (Ten Million US Dollars)
INTERNATIONAL EQUITABLE ASSOCIATION
Our firm has advised International Equitable Association (Industrial and Commercial) Ltd on the divestment of its majority shareholding held by and offshore company. The exercise at the time was valued at about £2,000,000 (Two Million British Pounds). The transaction provided the pathway for acquisition of the company by Colgate Palmolive.
The firm has advised Finbank Plc in its recapitalization exercise to raise the sum of N100, 000,000,000.00 (One Hundred Billion Naira). i.e very well above $400,000,000.00 (Four Hundred Million US Dollars)
